Remits/General Business/Notices of Motion
Remits (affecting the Rule Book) and Notices of Motion (affecting the Constitution) are to be in the hands of the Secretary 60 days prior to the AGM.
- Use this form and guide for submitting Remits.
General Business items can be submitted prior to or at the AGM. Submitting them early means they will be included with the Remits document which is distributed to clubs approximately 4 weeks prior to the AGM.
Nominations Forms
Nominations for the Executive Committee positions other than the Head Judge close 30 days prior to the AGM
Nominations for the Head Judge can be made by any Association Judge or National Association Judge or any Executive Committee member and close 30 days prior to the AGM.
